Zay Norman was destined for the cowboy way of life as he was born and raised on a ranch and is still carrying on his family’s homestead at Zay Norman Family Ranch. The blind cowboy has been an influence in the ranching industry for many years. Not only is he a skilled cowboy, but he is also, the co-creator with Cole of the Needle Exchange System.

Echo Veit comes from a ranching background. It is her dream to stay home and still be a part of the ranching community. She is grateful for the opportunity to be immersed in that lifestyle and raise her children in environment surrounded by hardworking, amazing people.

Cole Briggs great grandfather trailed a set of horses to the Trails End Ranch in 1894 and homesteaded in 1904. Cole’s family is firmly entrenched in the cattle industry. On the Trails End Ranch, Cole’s family has been raising kids, cattle and horses since 1893. The Trails End ranch has a dubious distinction of being the last place where they took land on the Cheyenne river for the Oahe dam. Cole’s an exceptional cowboy and was taught the tricks of the trade at a very young age. Cole’s family started A.I.-ing in 1963. Since the age of 13, Cole has had extensive training from reproductive physiologies in A.I. and pregnancy testing from CSU. In the 90’s Cole purchased his first ultrasound thinking he was going to start his journey within the carcass industry but found his passion pregnancy testing with instruction from Iowa State and the University of Tennessee. Bringing ultrasounds and education in the cattle industry is what he continuous to strive towards on his journey and has partnered with the best Ultrasound Company known as EI medical that produces American made Ultrasounds. Cole is also the co-creator with Zay Norman for the Needle Exchange System.
